Closing Activities – Ensure that all necessary documents are available to the closing agent(s) to enable a timely closure of your property. ◊ Assist in final Walk-Through with customer prior to closing. ◊ Coordinates closing schedule and activities with all parties. ◊ Attend the closing. Also serve as liaison if out of state or absentee closing is required. Post Closing – Ensure that client’s needs are met regarding area information or services.
